For nearly two decades, I built my career at two of the largest and most respected investment firms in the world. I had access to world-class tools, sophisticated planning resources, and the scale of large institutions. I learned how the industry operates at the highest levels - and I’m grateful for the experience it gave me.
Along the way, however, I also saw the limitations. Large firms often rely on proprietary platforms, pre-selected solutions, and internal incentives that can make truly personalized advice more difficult.
